TARINI'S MASALA RECIPES
1.Special Goda masala: This is specially used for all vegetarian cooking eg. Baghari dal(phodniche waran), masale bhaat,stuffed brinjal, sprouts,usals(sprouts) etc.
2.Special Garam masala: Is used for vegetarian as as non-vegetarian cooking which includes pulaos,biryanis,curries,paneer,chole etc.
3. Special Pavbhaji masala: Used to make delicious pavbhajis and can also be used for vegetarian cooking .
Please note: All my masalas are made with the best quality ingridients and the proportions are used exactly as I would make for myself and not commercial, hence,request you to use less quantities of the masalas and increase the quantity as per taste.
They have a shelf life of 18 months from the manufacturing date.
